- Posso cancellare il mio nome utente?
- No, una volta registrato il nome utente non può essere più cancellato dal sistema per motivi tecnici, però lo puoi abbandonare (sei libero di smettere di utilizzare l'account quando vuoi) oppure chiedere che venga rinominato. Puoi inoltre chiedere la cancellazione della tua pagina utente.

Payments can be done in the following ways:

The products will be shipped only upon receipt of payment. In the case of bank transfer, the payment could take 2 / 3 working days to be seen from us.You can pay by credit card even if you don't have a PayPal account.

The products are shipped by courier. Shipments are sent from Monday through Friday.
The costs of shipping depends on the country of destination and the nature of the products purchased.
If your order includes only digital products - for which there are no shipping costs - no shipping costs will be charged. If your order includes at least one product for which a shipment is foreseen, the shipping costs will be calculated according to the criteria.
The products are shipped to the address you specify at registration or to an alternate address specified when ordering. The risks inherent the delivery of the goods are your responsibility. The buyer must verify the integrity of the packages and eventually submit their disputes exclusively to the shipping company at the time of withdrawal. Disputes can not be accepted after the withdrawal. - Does prices include VAT?

The prices of all products on our website are in EURO and do include VAT.
The VAT will be applied only after you enter your personal details for the checkout.
Dip&Dye reserves the right to change its prices at any time. We will inform all members subscribed to our newsletter about special offers at least 24 hours before putting them online. - What are the withdrawal conditions?

Sales of products via the Internet are governed by Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999 which regulates the matter of contracts carried out outside commercial premises.
This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to send back the purchased product and obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred.
This right is reserved exclusively for natural persons (consumers), therefore it cannot be exercised by legal persons and natural persons acting for purposes related to any professional activity carried out.
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty, within 10 working days from receipt of the goods. The shipping costs for returning the goods and any risks remain at the expense of the buyer.
The right to withdraw can be exercised within ten working days of receiving of the registered letter, or by fax.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost if the returned product is not intact, that is:
• lack of original packaging
• absence of integral elements of the product (accessories)
• damage to the product for reasons other than transport
• tampering with the product
Once the integrity of the goods has been assessed, we will reimburse you the amount paid as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days of receiving the notice of withdrawal.In case of damage to the goods during the return shipping, the customer will be notified of the incident (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain the reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will remain available to the customer and the withdrawal request will be canceled.
